We’ve opened a new section on the blog! It has been a general request: you love vintage clothing , but sometimes you do not know very well how to combine it with the seasonal clothes to get your own style. Those who live in Barcelona have it easy because when you come to the stores El Maniquí and the Vintage Mannequin, Silvia advises you and, in addition, you can now request an appointment with her for a personalized style counseling session . But thinking, above all, where you are geographically far away and in giving ideas to all, Silvia will periodically show us how she takes advantage of her wardrobe in ‘ Silvia’s Vintage Looks ‘.We encourage you to participate with your questions, suggestions and comments!
Once again we want to thank Judith and Sarita, of America Juan Peluquerías for collaborating with us. Next week we will have protagonists in the next post explaining the trends in hairdressing (Judith) and makeup (Sarita) for this spring 2015 and giving us some tips and tricks to be great.

AN UPDATED VINTAGE DRESS FOR URBAN LIVING
Vintage dress from the 70s with flower print, Tibetan goat boa, moccasins shoes with Pons Quintana platform and green knit jacket from Canalé.
This dress was the typical evasé little dress with a length below the knee. Silvia redesigned it and, among other touches, left it above the knee, giving it a very contemporary touch (it is important in this type of wide dresses to shorten them to give them an urban air). The woolen jacket option accentuates the streetwear look and helps to outline the silhouette.
