The Jewels of the Magical Peoples Reach the Lagoon

The 2nd exhibition of Mexican fashion in Barcelona thanks to the support of MEXCAT and the Tec de Monterrey Campus Laguna; He presented himself as a window to look to Mexico with silver frame through the exhibition; Jewels of the magical peoples, where 53 artists and designers from different parts of the Mexican Republic jewelry exposed 90 pieces of contemporary jewelry. The conservatorship was made by designer Damian Pineda, Director of the jewelry Escuela of the ITESM campus Laguna, who aims to bring in Torreon, Coahuila, such exposure as a sample that meets all of the magical peoples, several renowned designers and students of the school of jewellery.

Damian Pineda said, “the jewels donated by designers are a collection that represents the seed that is brewing in the lagunera region so that a future City Council plan to develop a jewel Museum here in Tower being the first pieces that serve to accentuate what is doing the TEC de Monterrey School of jewelry by the creation of a cluster of jewelry”.

With the aim of promoting the northern region of the country as a leading producer of silver now refined through value-added talent nationwide jewelry designers and jewelry of the TEC de Monterrey school intends to position Silver Lake as the World Capital of la Plata. In the coming months will be the exhibition; Jewels of the magical peoples in the city of Torreón, Coahuila through display, gateway and other resources, probably a mapping.
